We’re thrilled to offer FREE standard shipping within the continental 48 United States on all orders. No minimums, no codes—just easy, breezy shipping.
Processing Time
Most items ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Personalized or made-to-order items may require a slightly longer processing time.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery in 2–8 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost.
Please note: Shipping timelines may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or holiday volume. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey home.
Return Policies
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the return guidelines based on product type below.
Clothing (Non–HolidaysInTX Brand)
For apparel not manufactured under the HolidaysInTX brand, we offer a quick 7-day return window.
- Items must be postmarked for return no later than the 7th calendar day after the delivery receipt date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
HolidaysInTX Brand Clothing
Because our HolidaysInTX brand items are often made to order or created in limited batches, these pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Should that occur, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Personalized, Engraved, or Monogrammed Products
All customized items—those that are personalized, engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise made uniquely for you—are non-returnable and non-refundable. If a customized item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll assist you with a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items may be marked final sale on their product pages. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at holidaysintx@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Photos (if your item arrived damaged or incorrect)
We will reply with return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end.
